About The Mayfair Clinic

We are a back and neck pain clinic based in Central London. Over the years we have seen thousands of patients suffering with a wide range of spinal issues. 

Along with our treatment we always prescribe a detailed, slowly progressing rehabilitation exercise program, which is extremely effective in helping those suffering with back pain.

With growing demand for help with exercises at home, what to do, what not to do, we have decided to make our exercise routines available to everyone, via our Back In Shape app.
